Friendly staff. That's where the advantages ended. Not a single order was completed on time (the deadline is called by the staff and it is not for today or tomorrow). Usually come back in a week. OK. In a week, again in a week. Then again in a week. Then I say give me the order, so they can't find it with me.
The staff is very friendly. The next studio did it for tomorrow.

Every time there are some excuses (I'm sick , surgery , I forgot at home , at the doctor , without communication ) it is impossible to get through , you can not immediately try. WE DO NOT ADVISE YOU TO APPLY HERE FROM THE WORD AT ALL , NEVER

If you want to apply here for a service, then it is better to choose another place!
I gave away a jumpsuit for the prom. She came on the stated date and could not get into the office, the door was closed, voices were heard, but no one paid attention to the calls and knocks on the door. The cleaner opened the door, then the seamstress said that you would come later, it was not ready.
The next time I came: the door was closed again, I started knocking louder, saying out loud that I needed to pick up my order, even if it was unfulfilled, just give it back, silence in response ...
I called 5 times, stood for 20 minutes, I knock, and in response I hear how they just do something there and ignore me.
I dialed my mother what to do in this situation and whether to call the police. After that call, the door opened.
Services should not be provided in this way, the door should at least be open to place an order!
This is the first time I've encountered such an attitude! Most likely, the seamstress really does the simpler work on time, as they write in the reviews here, the more complex one is simply not opening the door and not giving the order 👍

Those who write negative reviews about this atelier are either competitors or offended people....Tatiana personally sewed a leather jacket for me and made a jacket out of it.The quality is excellent, everything I asked for was taken into account.There were three fittings, and everything was clarified and done along the way.And the price tag didn't scare me much, I paid more for the locks, lining and rivets!

To put one star is a lot. I ran into it once, the deadline for the order was set for 3 days, eventually I took it away with a fight after 2.5 weeks, I did not pick up the phone, and if I did, I fed it with breakfast, you arrive, there is a lock. If you don't mind the pills on your nerves, it's better not to get involved.

This is terrible!!! I barely took the suit! The hack is terrible! Self-taught....The seams are curved, one part of the product is higher and the other is lower.. Seamstress Tatiana is generally a Clinic!!!How many times did I come by appointment (including with a child) - nothing was ready! She was always feeding me breakfast!!!!!Question: you can't write or call that you couldn't do it.. as a result, before leaving, I came to her twice, she let it slip that, they say, I had to pay in advance, hoped that I would pick up and pay without fitting, and maybe it would take a ride ....but I tried it on, of course... And oh, the Horror!!!! I didn't even pull on the skirt -the lining is so narrow, the jacket is crooked, the buttons don't fit.... and most importantly, she asks to pay IN ADVANCE🤩🤩🤩🤩nonsense!!!!! As a result, he calls me at 12 at night!!!! That's respect for the customer! This is the first time such a circus has happened to me! And I find myself at the extreme that in the night I did not come for the order, so it's tin, and here's the final view, like, of the finished product.

I disagree with the previous review! The opposite is true. Master Tatiana works very quickly and accurately. Orders are always fulfilled on time. I applied more than once myself, then to sew a shirt, then trousers. My wife is also happy with this atelier. I recommend it!

The atelier is terrible. I couldn't make one line on my trousers in 3 days. She immediately pointed to the trail. The day is coming. When you come, she says that she didn't have time and needs to come in an hour. I'm coming on the trail. a day, but they are not ready and says to come in another hour. And when she decided to take them away, she also waited a long time for her to find them.
I'm sorry, but driving from the other side of the city every day and hearing the same thing every day is too much.
