Sellers every other time, really :)
One will pick up the liquid perfectly, both to taste and price, quickly find an evaporator, will advise something if I ask.
Another time I'll come: I ask not for sweets — they give me some kind of milkshake, show me the evaporator and give me another one (I foolishly bought it like that, now I always double-check, but the sediment remains).
In general, it's good, in terms of assortment, but what kind of seller will be on your visit is just a roulette wheel :)
