A wonderful shift of responsibility to the client! I ordered through yandex.go at a restaurant at this address, they ran out of topioca, which they did not reflect in the menu. They refused to give the courier the order and asked to contact me so that I would cancel it. They were denied this because they had already transferred the order to the status that the food was being prepared and Yandex would have charged me. Apparently, the first courier couldn't stand it and refused the order. A second courier arrived at the address, who called me and informed me that the restaurant was closed at 19:43 (just applause for customer orientation), I told the second courier to contact support and only after that the order was canceled. A disgusting service with shifting responsibilities, wasting the client's time and unwillingness to deal with it.
