Dear gynecologists, V.N. Yazubets and L.V. Kavenchuk!
From the bottom of my heart, I want to express my deep gratitude to you for your professionalism, sensitivity and care!
V.N. Yazubets, thank you for your attentiveness and promptness, thanks to which the deviation was noticed in time and all the necessary tests were carried out. Your competence and timely actions helped to avoid possible complications, and for this I am eternally grateful to you.
L.V. Kavenchuk, thank you so much for your patience, detailed explanations and support. You not only clarified all the details, but also managed to calm me down, instill confidence and create a feeling that I am in safe hands.
Your work and attitude towards patients deserve great respect! Thank you for your kindness, professionalism and dedication! I wish you good health, strength and inspiration in your important work!
Today I went to the hospital and met a tall, beautiful and kind-hearted female doctor in the fever ward. Since I am a foreigner and my language is not very good, she patiently explained to me. She is the best doctor I have met in Belarus. There is a saying in China: "Looks are determined by the heart," which means that beauty comes from the heart. I wish this wonderful doctor a successful career, health and happiness.
The review was in 2021 , and now there have been changes , some for the better )
1- when doing a cardiogram in 2020, it was clearly felt that the "specialist" did not like patients, the person was not happy, when asked why the printout had the wrong date, the absence of my last name, where is the guarantee that this is my cardiogram? She replied - "do not interfere with work," i.e. complete indifference and negligent attitude to work.
2- by the next visit a couple of months later, it turned out that my medical card was lost.
They promised that they would find it eventually, but they never found it ((
3- in 2020, the fluorography room worked extremely strangely, for 4 hours a day? At the same time, it is at a time when most people are at work, from 8 to 12 or from 13 to 18 (as it was indicated on the electronic board where the coupon is printed)
In the summer of 2024, there was an unpleasant incident during a visit to a therapist who served those who were in the ambulance, the doctor, an elderly woman, very rudely refused help, without giving any recommendations, sent to take a coupon to other therapists, although there were no coupons. With pain in my leg, I went to the pre-medical center, where a young girl, fortunately, gave me a referral for tests and a prescription for medicine. Thanks to her. And it's time for rude doctors to retire, because they are clearly tired of people who need help.
