They get tired, it's hard for them, but despite everything they try to help. I visited two therapists, different ones, but they always give good recommendations and examinations. I almost didn't get on the queue (although I just have the opportunity to visit outside of rush hour). There have been cases of cancellation of coupons, but they called me and informed me about everything. The certificate and the registry work well, they are not rude and enter into the situation.
Of course, everything is not perfect, but I am glad that they are helping me.
The service is extremely slow. Expect to spend a few hours visiting this wonderful institution. If you need something urgently, do not even expect that you will be in time.
There are problems with the staff. Parking is almost always occupied. The pre-medical office and the electronic queue in it, horror. Therapists are not all friendly. It is difficult to get to a rehabilitologist. In the office with suspected Coronavirus, slow service.

1- a year ago, when doing a cardiogram, it was clearly felt that the "specialist" does not like patients, the person is not happy, when asked why the printout has the wrong date, the absence of my last name, where is the guarantee that this is my cardiogram? She replied - "do not interfere with work," i.e. complete indifference and negligent attitude to work.
2- by the next visit a couple of months later, it turned out that my medical card was lost.
They promised that they would eventually find it, but they never found it ((
3- the fluorography room works extremely strangely, for 4 hours a day? At the same time, it is at a time when most people are at work, from 8 to 12 or from 13 to 18 (as indicated on the electronic scoreboard where the coupon is printed), to take time off from work to get a fluorography?
In other clinics, there has always been both the first and second shift and the result on the next day. Here you have to wait for the result in a day.
