I bought a battery at the end of July, as winter came (minus) the battery sat down. I tried to pass it under warranty, and in response - they charged it, the battery is serviceable.
Now (a week later) the battery has sat down again.
By calling the call center, managers can't say anything intelligible except - the service works on weekdays from 9.00 to 18.00. I also work, but the call center can't help in this case. Customer orientation at the level. I will try to pass it again, but something tells me that the answer will be the same.
The company cares only about the sale, but not about the quality of work with customers.
Also, I am forced to go to hand over the battery for machine builders 9a, but I have the right to bring and hand it over to any seller's store, and upon completion of the procedures, I will receive it there if necessary.

I highly do not recommend contacting the seller, because if you have problems with the product, you will have to spend a lot of time on useless trips to them.

AND THEN WHAT???? I bought a battery in April. They brought it. I put it on. Super! Autumn came and it got colder. I began to notice an uncertain engine start in the morning. I checked the battery. It shows 11.4V in the morning. We checked the entire electrical part of the car at the service station and gave a conclusion that everything is working properly, carry the battery under warranty. And so he did. I arrived at Machine Builders 9A, the master checked the serviceability of the electrical part of the car and did not make any claims. And then the most interesting thing began!!! After removing the battery and checking it, it was concluded that it was severely discharged. The conclusion of the master: I discharged it and did not charge it! According to the master, the car DOES NOT CHARGE THE BATTERY, BUT KEEPS IT CHARGED!!! AND THE BATTERY MUST BE CHARGED BY THE DRIVER HIMSELF, RESORTING TO THIRD-PARTY CHARGING SOURCES! Rave! When was this? Even if the battery was discharged (which was not 100%), then the car would have charged it and there would be no problems!
