I turned to this company to recharge the battery for the winter, I don't drive very much and usually try to be safe before winter, the battery has not yet been completely discharged. Previously, the old battery had already been charged by them and everything was fine. This time, a courier arrived, took it away and was told to call the next day to find out when they would bring it, the battery was told to take a picture so as not to confuse it. After the call the next day, the manager could not immediately answer what was wrong with my battery, after 30 minutes he called back and said that it was charged, but it was discharging quickly... The battery is new, bought half a year ago from them. As a result, they brought it in the evening, put it on, the car started, and in the morning after 12 hours the car would not start. I'm calling the manager, they told me to call the service center. They replied, bring the battery, we will look, maybe something is wrong with the car, maybe the battery is poorly charged! Which is strange, which is why I gave it away. There was no desire to carry the battery across the city, I turned to a friend to see what the problem was in the battery or starter. The starter works fine, the battery is half-discharged. We decided to recharge it ourselves and then everything became clear. Before charging, you need to check the electrolyte level, the factory stickers are glued there and they remain in place. That's how we realized that it wasn't charged at all, but just taken back and forth and took money for it. The question is, is the company's reputation worth 35 rubles???

If there is a problem with the product, you will be treated rudely!!! Moreover, they will shamelessly violate the ZoZPP.
The battery, bought from their representative office in Brest, did not work for a week in total. They promised to deliver it to Minsk in the SC, as a result, after a couple of days they gave the battery away, saying that they repaired it themselves!!! The seller refused to give an act of repair or at least some confirmation, he took away the warranty! I almost got into a fight with a girl. What is this all about???!What was done with the battery is unknown! No facts, no acts!But they said that the warranty was lifted. On what basis??!
On the face of violation of consumer rights. There is no constructive conversation, brazenly, looking in the face, they violate the law and spin some nonsense! Only go to MARCH, they don't want to decide anything. They don't care, just to make money.

The battery served for less than six months, took it for diagnosis, they said that it was necessary to increase the density of the electrolyte by charging and the battery would run its allotted time, but anyway this is not a warranty case, so they do not give a replacement battery. I gave them the battery for charging for 3 days and two weeks later the battery failed again. The electrics in the car were checked, there are no leaks and the generator outputs the right voltage. I don't even want to contact you again, realizing that there will be no question of any return under warranty, judging by many comments from people who have faced the same problem. But if you suddenly decide to buy a battery from them at your own risk, then at least do not see if you will be sold a more expensive battery, according to the type it has a one-year warranty and the quality is better, as they divorced me as well. You will have to buy a battery from another seller, but I am grateful to 1akb for the bitter experience and for understanding the need to clarify the warranty conditions when buying. It's a pity, because it was the third (and last) battery in this company, the first one was used for three years, the second one was taken for an electric motor in a boat (also with questions, but it still works). So I recommend that a potential buyer think twice.
