I still have mixed feelings about interacting with this company. A year ago I bought an accum here (with a 4-year warranty), a year later it just died (no excessive loads were given to it, no one touched it for a year). I called the help desk, told them about the problem, named the battery model, and was told to take it to a service center. I brought it to the service, where the specialist told me, "it's your own fault, they don't die just like that, and I don't have the right to open it, because it has some kind of special model there." When asked what to do, I was told: "buy a new one, this is not a warranty case." Nevertheless, I insisted that the battery be sent to the manufacturer for testing. I bought a new battery because 2 weeks without a car is not an option. And what do you think, after 2 weeks they called and said that the manufacturer recognized the warranty case after all. I spent a lot of time on this misunderstanding, but the money was returned.
Disadvantages of the service center 1akb.by :
1. There is no departure to the required address (although when buying a new one, they go to the house and install it), even if the battery is still under warranty (in my case, I was told to come to the service, as a result, they took the battery under warranty for diagnosis and how do I go back (????), I had to buy another new battery).
2. When the battery is delivered under warranty to a service center for diagnosis or maintenance, a replacement battery is not provided (my battery was serviced for 17 working days!!!, they do not work on Saturday and Sunday).
3. When handing over the battery under warranty, I did not receive a specific reason for the discharge (they told me on the phone that I had frozen it, although there was no winter this year), and in conclusion they wrote during operation, not a warranty case, the battery cannot be replaced (they also said on the phone that they charged it, but it's not known how long it will last.)
My personal conclusion is that for 1akb.by it is important to sell a new battery, and the service and warranty period are not important to them, it remains just a marketing ploy until you personally encounter it.
The service is very weak! To your friends and acquaintances 1akb.But I won't recommend it.
