The battery purchased from them did not work for a week in total. They promised to deliver it to Minsk in the SC, as a result, after a couple of days they gave the battery away, saying that they repaired it themselves!!! The seller refused to give an act of repair or at least some confirmation, he took away the warranty! What was done with the battery is unknown! No facts, no acts!But they said that the warranty was lifted. On what basis??!
On the face of violation of consumer rights. You can only go with them in MARCH. There is no constructive conversation, the seller, such a long one, rude!

I bought a battery on 21.10.2022. I applied under warranty. The warranty period is 3 years. They said buy a new one, and then we'll deal with it. Although the battery does not hold at all. The diagnosis was carried out right in the store, and it was revealed that he does not want to work at all under tension, he does exactly as he wants, then he does, then he does not. Tired of asking for a light, although it shows that it is fully charged. It is impossible to interfere with its operability, because the battery is closed. I just asked to replace a low-quality product with a product of proper quality. If it is necessary to carry out additional diagnostics, just provide a replacement fund, to which I heard in response that we do not have such. He didn't demand money. I think the guys who are engaged in complaints do not know the laws of our country at all, and spit on the rights of the perpetrators and on the duties of the seller. I will fight to the last.

The company differs very favorably from its competitors. The choice of battery is larger (if you need anything other than ACOM and Bison, problems may arise in other stores), a convenient website (competitors did not even have a model of my car). The delivery is fast the next day, and flexible (I had to change the delivery address), documents, warranty were attached. I recommend it!

25.01.22 a topla 78Ah 750A battery was purchased via the Internet, in the autumn of the same year the battery began to turn the starter with difficulty (there was a small starting current, only 220A from 750). All indicators of the car were normal. We handed over the battery under warranty to the service center, after a while it was returned to us with a resolution in the act that the battery could not be replaced due to improper operation, referring to the white eye of the indicator, which was also white when purchased (although the service center in Brest told us that this happens because of a trap). And my father is a pensioner who has worked on a collective farm all his life (they bought a battery for him) and we are extremely unhappy with such consumer deception. It's easier to put the blame on the buyer than to spoil the opinion of yourself.
02/10/2023 P.S. I supplement the review due to the fact that the incident was resolved positively, the battery was replaced with another one, although the sediment remained (Let's hope that everything will be fine with this.

I ordered a battery in Minsk, told to make a delivery to Brest to the store, the battery arrived at the house, paid for a transport, a friend drove up to check the indicators, 600 out of 880 declared, soh 66%, fully charged, poured into Minsk within 10 minutes, managers refused, non-refundable. Like the battery was checked in the warehouse, how was it checked? By what? Where is the conclusion? Where is the instrument verification? As they wanted, they sold it. I come to the store, check on the spot, it is confirmed that the battery is weak. If the issue is not resolved, I will report to the prosecutor's office, they were misled, they sold a pig in a poke, they did not fulfill the delivery condition to the store. Kantor just sucks. They write reviews to themselves. I will go to the end, in all instances, and examinations, if at least they do not use the battery, if they pull the rubber, then only a refund is easier to take from people on the market.
