The manager checked the car brand and agreed with my choice: the Turkish Energy Premium EP622 battery (62 A/h), 560A R+ Was brought directly to the garage (Planar auto), but when the old one was removed, it turned out that Subaru engineers made a plastic tray for the battery exactly according to the dimensions of the side walls and did not think at all about the case with a collar at the bottom. We contacted the manager, he promised to find a similar one but without a collar. I called back five minutes later and offered a Chinese CAMEL Asia (60 A/h) 610A R+ battery, which cost more (EFB technology) but at the old lower Turkish price. I agreed, and a couple of hours later, another courier brought a new package right to the garage door. We installed it, checked it under load, and started the Forica with a half turn. In general, I was satisfied with the service and will soon be changing the battery on a Toyota (I gave it to my son) in this company.

But, during installation, the master broke the mounting of the plug of the positive terminal in front of me, without saying it and hiding it in his pocket, I saw it and did not show it, hoping at least for an apology. This did not happen. When it was time to pay, I asked if this master wanted to tell me anything, and then he said, "Well, I'm sorry." I asked him how the issue would be resolved and suggested that he find this plug and change it in the near future. It's been a little less than a month and there's no feedback! And the next morning the car wouldn't start. Although the temperature was above zero outside. I thought it was because of the removal of the terminals during the replacement. I lit a cigarette. I drove a little bit every day for the first few days. The car started up just as uncertainly every time. And I had doubts that it would start when it stood for a couple of days or when the frosts came. And then there was frost, the car stood for a couple of days and 16.11. in the morning it was 0. The car did not start. I called where I bought it, they told me that you have a warranty, go to the service center. I smoked again, came to the center. She said it wouldn't start. The master immediately said why you put such a bad battery on such a car. I say, I don't know, I was advised by the manager of this one. And I chose others twice. Once I was told that he was not there, and the second time that he was bad for the year of graduation. I asked for advice then. The master measured it and said that the battery was low. Then he unscrewed the caps from above, inserted something in the form of a syringe, there was a clear liquid. And he didn't say anything. I'm telling you what to do. He said sell it for 15 rubles and buy a good one. And he pointed to another battery .I said that I had already bought this new battery. I was told that it was this year's edition. Then he said charge it and work for a year. But why should I, after buying a new battery, charge it somewhere with something that I don't understand and it will only work for a year. He also measured for leakage, it was 1.5 Amperes, he said, above normal, but not critical. I say, I have to go, is there nothing I can do? He said yes. I left and started calling the managers. They told me, we'll call you back. As a result, silence. I dialed again. And they told me that yes, it was discharged, there were no problems with the leak in the car. They can offer expertise. They will charge it to full, and check whether it will discharge on its own. I immediately handed over the battery to them for examination at the same service center. I called the consumer protection center, today I will send them a claim. I will file a lawsuit.

On January 28, 2025, a Nord Star (60 Ah) 500 A R+ battery was purchased with delivery and delivery of an old battery.
The first time, the courier brought a different battery, which meant I had to wait another 1.5 hours for the one I ordered to arrive. As a result, the courier delivered and installed the necessary Nord Star battery in the car, performed diagnostics of the starter and generator in the car, and said that everything was working properly. As a result, the new battery lasted exactly three days. 02/01/2025 the battery was found to be completely dead. When contacting the seller, I was offered to deliver the battery myself to one of the shops in Minsk or contact the service center on Monday 02/03/2025.
The service is disgusting, the customer orientation is at zero. I don't recommend contacting this company unless you want to waste your money.

It was like I was doing this for the first time. He said that to replace it, you need to contact the service. Although before that, the service was applied for here and everything was fine. During the master's work, the plastic coolant tube was broken. Initially, he admitted his guilt and said that he would find the same one and bring it back. Since the car was broken, I refused to pay for the battery until the problem was fixed. The company and the master were not satisfied with this arrangement, during which the police were called. I paid the full cost for the battery and wrote a statement to the police about the courier Sergey. In the presence of a police officer, we exchanged contacts with master Sergey and agreed that he would buy the necessary part and replace it himself. Two days later, he retracts his words and says it's not his fault. He told me to contact the police and the company. By the way, the part cannot be bought in Belarus, but only under the order. The minimum waiting time is 2 months. We wanted to replace the battery, but in the end we were left without a car for two months living in the countryside. The conflict has not been resolved.

I asked about replacing the battery on 05/6.25. It was delivered within 1.5 hours, replaced. After that, the "specialist" measured the voltage and sentenced my generator, allegedly not giving the right voltage (it was less than 1 unit), said that this was not normal and the generator brushes needed to be changed urgently. I contacted the service station, the generator was removed and taken for repair. The generator repair shop said that everything was fine with it, the condition was almost new. And that the generator on the new battery produces just such a voltage. In general, I got 120 rubles. because of such specialists (removal / installation and diagnostics of the generator). The summary is, if you don't understand, then why the hell would you give a conclusion about the operability of a part?

I bought a Reactor 55 battery, it worked for 2 years, after that the density of the electrolyte in one jar decreased and the battery stopped charging. I handed it over to the service center under warranty. I waited a month and a half to get an answer that the battery was removed from warranty, because it was improperly used (they say the plates were stratified and the electrolyte became dirty). I personally measured the density of the electrolyte and it was transparent and it was operated correctly! But it's easier for a campaign to unsubscribe than to mess with a client.
