Recently, I came across an extremely unpleasant experience when interacting with your business development manager Diana Oshanova Kanatovna from Astana. Her approach to clients turned out to be far from professional.
She showed obvious importunity and tactlessness, constantly bothering me with endless calls, ignoring my messages with explanations. Her insistence was inappropriate and caused only annoyance. This attitude creates the impression that the customer is just a source for sale for you, and not a person with whom you need to have a constructive dialogue.
I hope that this review will help to draw attention to the importance of treating customers and partners correctly. A good customer service manager should be able to listen and understand, and not just impose his services.

I put it on just to look at it and understand what it is. I couldn't fight off the managers for six months. You can't treat people like that.

Annoying ads. Stop calling and texting me. No one has been selling for so long, I left a request on their website, so now they just spammed me, they will come home soon. The quality of service is 0, leave people alone. Negative reviews are deleted on Google Play now get here. One more call to me, I'll fill the whole Internet with honest reviews.
