I ordered a Delonghi coffee machine, one might say, because of the thermocup that was included in the package. A not very friendly girl called back and confirmed the availability of the product. I specifically clarified whether there would be a thermocup in the set, to which she, without checking the information, nonchalantly replied that everything would be as in the picture. It seemed that the employee had not bothered to verify the accuracy of the data.
As a result, after delivery, it turned out that the coffee machine arrived without the promised thermocup. The disappointment was significant, as it was this accessory that played an important role in choosing this model.
I give two stars only for the fact that the courier was understanding and tried to figure out the problem. His participation slightly smoothed out the negative impression of the operator's incompetence and the discrepancy between the declared configuration and the actual one.
