We were looking for a place to eat near the Heydar Aliyev Center and accidentally saw a sign. The cafe is located on the 2nd floor. The bathroom is clean. We were at lunch, we smoked hookah only at one table, there was no smell. The food turned out to be delicious, the price was very affordable, 25 manats came out for two people. Cards (not Russian) are accepted.
