Terrible euroopt, in the summer they came to buy sausages 15 minutes before closing,waited for the seller for 10 minutes, later they went to call him, to which an employee from the neighboring department was rude and called us a ***bami, we turned to the administrator to find out the seller's last name, but we were deceived, saying that she did not work here and this is the saleswoman's sister, the next day we came to the same store, and she was standing at the counter, we asked for a complaint book, where we outlined everything.
And recently we encountered an unpleasant case, we often order pizza in the ready-made kitchen, everything was always fine, this time we came home and felt that the pizza smelled of mold, later we found a piece of pepper with traces of mold, returned to the store, but they told us that it seemed to us and we thought of everything,we showed the employees them the peppers, to which the administrator and the deputy director claimed that it was just dirt, no one returned the money to us.Separately, I would like to note the incompetence of the deputy director of SLAVUTO, ELENA SERGEEVNA, who grabbed my hand and raised her voice, also insulted the cook as an idiot, yelled at him, and that piece of pepper with mold was taken away from us and thrown away))The deputy director does not correspond to his position, behaves inappropriately and exposes customers as idiots, instead of admitting his obvious wrongness))

Disgusting, starting from the storage boxes, garbage.Partially bakery products are not covered by anything, in the department where pizza is made, everything is in the open form "go, touch with dirty hands everything is ok...". A lot of people near the finished products combined with the meat department, where there are three weighing machines, one person works, and this is not a coincidence, it's not the first year! There is one employee standing there. and it is necessary to defend sometimes a long queue. Previously, there were problems and no one knows where the euroopta administrator is, no one knows where she is when asked to give a complaint book... Apparently, she disappeared together with the administrator.

Today I bought meat, tomorrow I will go to return it back to the sellers so that they can eat it themselves. Polendivitsa is not a cheap part, I thought to please myself and my husband for dinner, but it turned out the opposite: a spoiled mood and money to waste, why should I throw it in a bucket, I think I'll take it back, I kept the receipt, although I usually do not take it, I left the tag along with the package after I started frying meat, it did not smell when it was raw at all, and in the process of roasting there was a terribly wild smell of rotten or sweet, I don't understand, but it's just disgusting... Dear managers, monitor your employees in order to avoid complaints or calling a sanitary inspection station, otherwise you can get poisoned with meat. I assume that either this is incorrect storage of the product, or the expiration date has expired, because it is not indicated even on the package, only when it is packed, we do not know when it was made, where it lay and at what temperature. I ask you to sort it out and have a conversation with the sellers of the meat department!
