There are a lot of citizens who are formally accepted on a voucher, but in reality the situation is completely different. I went to them for two days to get a ready-made card, sat for an hour and left without waiting for my turn, because my ticket just "flew by", and the staff doesn't care much whose problem it is. "You need to wait," and they don't want to resolve the issue or offer any compromise. It's just terrible service, I don't go near them anymore. Withdrawal - refusal of all services of this bank!
