The staff is constantly sitting without uniforms and absent-minded. I've written to support about this more than once, and the management doesn't give a damn about such lawlessness either. Once I came to collect money for the return of an item that had been on diagnostics for 3 months. I told the PVZ employee about this at the beginning, and in response, she asks me again, "and why did you come just now?". VTF? I had previously shown him a message that I had received the day before from support that I could collect the money for the return of the product. I have no more words, thank you.

Rude staff, they also always sit without a uniform and answer very brazenly, incorrectly calculate the amount of the order when you make a refund of one of the things. In general, we will order in another PVZ.
