The bazaar is huge! Have everything you want! Dried fruits, vegetables, oriental sweets, fresh fruits and berries! Everything is delicious and fresh! Merchants let you try everything, while I was choosing sweets and dried fruits, I ate from the belly, they pour tea for free! Purely welcome! Advice go hungry))) otherwise you will move))) and yet, always bargain, you will not bargain at you then they will be offended, the price of what they call for you immediately drops by 40 percent, this will be the real price. An amazing place with its own atmosphere. There is no imposition, everything is cultural and within the bounds of decency! I recommend it!
Its own atmosphere. A city within a city. The Vatican of Commerce)) There is nothing like this in Tashkent or Samarkand.
I returned to the 90s))) when everything was on sale in the market)) clothing, shoes, electronics, products. The market is incredible in size for a small town, with a lot of people, like sprats in a jar.
In the absence of online trading as such, this is the only alternative to purchase the necessary items. It's worth a visit to immerse yourself in the atmosphere of Oriental trade))
The market as a whole is interesting, clean and abundant. But it's very expensive, for tourists of course, Maybe someone knows how to bargain and discount the price, I probably don't. For example, in the nuts and dried fruits section, the price of 100 grams of mountain almonds in the shell is 45,000 local currency (this is almost 3,000 rubles per kg for a minute), dried apricots with walnuts 15,000 per 100 grams, dried apples with sugar 28,000 grams. You try to bargain, they don't lower the price, but out of the goodness of their hearts they can throw a couple of things as a gift. Then, after a while, when you start to navigate the prices of Bukhara, you realize that you have been cruelly divorced.
My advice is to go to the market with a cool head. All these sweets can be bought in Russia, at prices lower than in this market.
We bought dried fruits at a shop in the center, opposite the halva products. They have a lot of customers, they are guided by local guides.
As for me, for a tourist, the market is very beautiful, full of smells, clean, pleasant. A huge assortment of sweets, every seller calls you to himself, and they also treat you and give you tea to drink, since everything is very sweet)).
A huge oriental market, the center of business in Bukhara. There is everything, both wholesale and retail sales. There is a small trade outside the market area. There are many attractions nearby.
In my opinion, this market is the best in Central Asia in terms of a rich selection of goods and competitive prices. Be sure to bargain, that's why he is an oriental bazaar, and a smile and goodwill will allow you to get maximum discounts.
One of the most important sights of Bukhara
You can eat pilaf in the canteen for locals, buy samsa with or WITHOUT meat (there is one for every taste)
A huge selection of fruits, nuts and vegetables
10/10
The best market in Uzbekistan (compared with Siab and Chor Su). Well organized, easy to navigate. But the most important thing is the goods. I advise you to buy goodies here: snickers (dark dried apricots stuffed with raisins and walnuts), Bukhara halva (in shape - a truncated cone, with seeds, not similar to Samarkand), cotton honey. But just a bomb is a huge almond in a shell (see photo). It is delicious, slightly tart, and there are often double nuts. Dear, 170,000 soums (try to bargain), but it is mandatory to buy :). I advise you to have a snack with samsa, there are several types, it costs 3000 soums.
It's a great place. Sooo wide range of products, reasonable prices. Beware of sellers, they know how to persuade you to buy. They offer tea, give a sample for free, etc ... do not forget to bargain
The Oriental bazaar in all its glory.
Plenty of fruits and vegetables!
The best bones in the gym in all of Uzbekistan! Delicious parvarda (national sweets of Bukhara) and, of course, Chakka (suzma is a fermented milk product)
The abundance of oriental sweets, dried fruits, nuts, spices, tea, fruits, carpets and other souvenirs reveals the whole oriental flavor like nothing else. I recommend it to everyone
The market is like a market)
If you have heard something about the gardener, then he moved from Bukhara)
They sell everything and everything for every taste )
You can try everything in the spices and dried fruits department)
Pistachios and chocolate dried apricots with walnuts are insanely delicious)
The oldest bazaar in Bukhara. There are vegetables, fruits and sweets for every taste. There is a fair around the bazaar on weekends. There is also a clothing market nearby. It's worth a visit!
This place is a must-visit. Everything is there! Bargaining is not just appropriate, but even mandatory. Sweets for every taste, fruits, vegetables. And, yes, the pilaf at the bazaar is very tasty.
There is a large selection of goods, there is almost everything from fruits, vegetables to washing machines. We had lunch at a cafe in the bazaar, delicious and inexpensive.
A very clean and colorful bazaar, everyone who is in the city for the first time is obliged to visit the Collective Farm bazaar, starting from the freshest fruits and vegetables to the most fashionable clothes can be found here.
Bukhara Central Market made a great impression. A wide selection of fresh products, aromatic spices and local delicacies. The prices are reasonable, the sellers are friendly and willing to bargain. The atmosphere is colorful and lively, ideal for immersing yourself in the local culture. A great place to shop and explore the local traditions.
There is really a collective farm market and plus a block of household and electro-shops. Prices vary greatly in different places. But if you bargain, you can buy one and a half times cheaper. When I bought sweets at the "last" price (many people know what it is). I hinted about the purchase bonus if you can't reduce the cost. It's a pity that I didn't take a picture of the seller, but he poured me half a kilo of inexpensive sweets for free. It is very pleasant, in principle, all the locals treat tourists favorably, especially Russians.
I will join you in making the market happy. Relatively clean, polite, unobtrusive sellers. They consult. If you ask hard, they can sell it for rubles (the exchange rate is 130 as for money changers).
They give us tea and treat us with goods. I took sweets, spices and jewelry (there are departments, though few, but conditionally not expensive: a bracelet for 50 tons.sum) Overall, I was satisfied with the visit.
It's a good market! You can find everything:appliances, clothes, and groceries. A large selection of products . Surprisingly, you can shop cheaper here than in the Wholesale market at Vtorchemet.
A cool colorful oriental bazaar!
A lot of things, taste them, don't forget to bargain.
We bought a lot of all kinds of nuts, dried fruits and sweets!
Be careful, the market does not always work. It is better to specify the working days at the hotel or with the guide. Although you can ask passers-by.
Ooooh our most beloved and famous oriental market. Everything is delicious and inexpensive. The sellers are very polite and kind, they will give a head start to any trained marketer😉
Everything is full, beautiful, and you want to try and buy everything. Be vigilant, don't buy right away, walk around, try everything, it's okay there. Take only from the box (pile) from where you tried, or check what you were given.
It's fire!!)) the atmosphere, the noise, the din, there is nothing to breathe))) But there's a life here!!! Grandmothers sell directly from the basins) samsa is hot! A million products and everything. For a general overview, I advise you to visit! We tried a lot of things, but we didn't get poisoned. I'm glad you came.
I love this market, once we came for halva, so the sellers there gave us tea and treated us to different types of halva
We couldn't resist and took a lot more delicious things.
The market is not bad - spices, dried apricots, fruits, vegetables. All the Oriental specifics. But the prices are too high. It is advisable to bargain hard if you want to buy.
The market is something I don't even know how to describe. We can talk, bargain. Moreover, they gave everything for trial, they also poured hot green tea, we couldn't eat everything that was given for trial, they gave us each a bag and said you will drink tea at home
There are a lot of people, a very huge selection of dried fruits and sweets. There will be various treats and tea for tourists. In general, a good place for tasting oriental sweets 😁
The central market with fresh vegetables and fruits.
Always affordable prices and mouth-watering goodies.
There is a canteen and restaurants. Historical monuments
The market is cool, we tried everything, we gave tea, the boy sells spices with humor, if he didn't even want to buy, you can buy it. It's worth visiting there
Clean and tidy , special sets with dried fruits are made for tourists , half stuffed with cardboard , if they decide to buy something , then only by weight ..
It was winter, the month of February, as everywhere vegetables, fruits, dairy products are plentiful ...
We bought honey from camel thorn, I advise you, a rare thing!!!
A wonderful real oriental market. There is everything! If you go to choose, taste, bargain, then you can eat and buy everything and enjoy communication
I recommend the market, excellent assortment, pleasant prices!

We visited the markets of Nukus, Bukhara, Samarkand and Tashkent in Uzbekistan. So, in Bukhara, the best! It's good that they bought a lot there, because in other cities there was no such thing. Shop for goodies and souvenirs there!
The market was struck by the variety of goods for every taste, you can probably buy anything you want there. I liked that no one imposes their products, only if they themselves are interested. Excellent pilaf in a local cafe, by the way, very tasty and inexpensive!
