Not a bank, but a rip-off. I paid with a Velvet card in Russia. They recalculated the space rate and charged a double commission for the payment. As a result, I lost 8% of the amount of expenses. Please note that this was stripped from my pension! The trust in the bank has been completely lost. Now I will immediately withdraw my pension from the card and transfer it to another bank.
