Owner is very nice and goes out of the way to suggest and assist. The staff, however, was quite new when we visited (April 2023) and they weren't experienced at all. Slow in their responses and worse in understanding. I'm sure in a couple of months they'd perform much better.
It's a very warm place, with a homely atmosphere throughout. Once in the courtyard, all the fuss remains outside the gate. Mulberries grow in the yard, and on our visit, at the beginning of May, they were just ripe and we ate them with pleasure. Special thanks to Ali, the owner of this house, for taking care of our group. I met them at night, and they were all quickly accommodated. In an ordinary hotel, you get a comfortable bed and a regular breakfast, but here we received extremely positive emotions. I definitely recommend this guest house.
A great place for a family vacation. We took a 3-bed room, everything is clean and tidy, the bathroom is clean and odorless, the staff are very polite and courteous
Nice hotel, polite host) very nice service. At any time there is tea, coffee and sweets) when we left, repairs began in another building, I'm sure it will be even better soon 🤗
A beautiful guest house in the national style of old Samarkand, an authentic atmosphere, a green area with a vineyard and fruit trees.Hospitable hosts, Russian-speaking staff will surround you with care and attention.Delicious breakfasts.
Cockroaches are running around the street, the room smells of dichlofos, the carpets are dirty, the shower was repaired because the shower head was broken
