On 07/24/2024, my wife and I went to the maternity hospital from the Kamennaya Gorka area. To conclude the contract, we planned to print the certificate (1 sheet). And because the recording was in the morning, we decided to look for printing services near the maternity hospital. We found this organization on the map in advance in the evening. According to the work schedule, it was suitable, so we arrived at 9 a.m. The doorbell rang. The girl opened it. When asked to print the document, she replied that they only work with legal entities. It is unclear why this information was not written anywhere in the maps (although such a function is available). As a result, my pregnant wife and I went to look for another place to do everything in time for the recording. Although it was possible to solve the issue right on the spot by offering to print the document here. One simple client-oriented action - and the negative resulting from this situation would be instantly resolved. They could also safely receive a positive review, as the company that went to the meeting. When placing on maps, specify the working conditions FOR ALL people.
