I flew to Uzbekistan in August 2024. Very beautiful planes, excellent and polite staff. The interior is very clean and beautiful, and the most I liked about the seats is that there are TVs on each. While I was watching a movie and didn 't notice how we had already arrived . They were well fed and watered .

It was my favorite airline, but years later everything was ruined ((now it's not NAC, but AO....and that changes everything! The service is terrible, they added some express trains to Moscow, without hot food and drinks, without wifi, for 4-5 hours of flight one sandwich and a glass of water (tea) and that's it!!!!
The company is completely zero. There is no attitude of representatives towards passengers. The flight was delayed, no one from the airline even went out to the passengers. They called all authorities so that at least someone would come up and explain what was going on , but to no avail. It is not a lordly thing to talk to slaves, I would like to wish to learn to respect passengers. And the whole airline has the same attitude as you have towards your passengers.
How pleased the airline was. They accept Russian cards, and ticket prices are affordable. During the 3.5-hour flight, tea and water were offered several times, and even a large sandwich with chicken.

The woman was sitting and picking at her phone. She turned us down with words, "there are a lot of free cash registers, go look for another one. We went to the cashier #1. Solving our question, 3 employees changed. No longer because of ignorance of their work.
The woman from the ticket office #3 started being rude and saying things that hurt the honor of our country and that we should not come to Uzbekistan.

I have been sitting on board the plane for 4 hours now on flight (HY613) zero service was given water two hours ago, I ask something they turn away or stupidly ignore!!! I do not advise flying this aircraft company

Not so long ago, I had a business trip to the glorious city of Tashkent. The fastest and easiest way to get there from St. Petersburg was offered by Uzbekistan Airways, aka Uzbekistan Airlines. I had never flown with this airline before, and I didn't know what to expect at all.
It all started so-so - I spent an hour trying to figure out where the electronic check-in was and wondering when I managed to get so stupid so abruptly. Everything turned out to be simple - she is not there, keep in mind and do not waste time. On the positive side, it is possible to pre-select a seat on the plane, this can be done online, but this option closes exactly 24 hours before departure. There are both paid and free places.
The way "there" took place on a sooooo old plane, the sensations were not the best. Separately, I was "pleased" by the complete lack of space under the front seat - I just couldn't put my backpack there (this has never happened to me). As a result, I somehow stuffed the backpack, but the flight took place in the "rest your knees on your chin" position.
There was some kind of chaos and mess in the cabin the whole flight, but I don't know how much you can blame the airline for this. We were fed normally (a lot of food!!!). We flew, in general, gently, for which many thanks, because after all, food and service are in second place.
The way back also started with a surprise - the airline staff came up with the idea to close the check-in an hour, and not forty minutes before departure, as prescribed in the rules, so we barely made it. The plane was better, newer and with an on-board entertainment system, the food was disgusting (please, please, canned pineapples do not add up with sausage), the flight attendants were openly rude, raised their voices at people, etc. We flew, however, again gently and calmly.
The summary here is that you should not expect any super discomfort (and just comfort) from Uzbek Airlines, but they cope with the task of "getting from point a to point b".

In my opinion, it is the best airline! Low prices for flights, the best service, delicious, and most importantly, a hearty lunch during the flight, not every company can boast of this.
It is high time to give the NAC itself into private hands.
