It's just a bank counter with one employee working at it, and there's an ATM here. I found two employees who had the exact opposite impression. The boy served 8 people very quickly, two at a time. Another time, the girl did not want to look up from the phone and answered all the questions "fuck off." At this counter, you can open a card and solve minor issues, the branch is not a full-fledged one.
