They made Id cards as if they had come not to the passport office, but to a flock of sheep. It's just a disgusting attitude towards citizens. They give false information. I had to go three times, the complaint from the boss was not accepted.

After 2 hours in the queue at the 18th office, another employee said that pinfl was being done in another building altogether. Indescribable emotions that I cannot express here. Employees do not even try to organize order, calm citizens arguing with each other about the queue, communicate with citizens rudely, sometimes with "you", which should not be allowed in state institutions. Only two employees have been allocated to issue the ID card, which now replaces the passport of a citizen of the country. And they come to get a passport, someone for the first time, someone to replace.
A stunningly pleasant place, clean, interesting design and from an educational point of view it is useful to see outstanding figures from the history of the state of Uzbekistan!
