Never go to this clinic if you love your animals. The dog's operation was performed incorrectly, the doctor did not know that it could not be operated on in this condition. The doctor gathered the interns around the dog, held the dog by force, the dog screamed. They did anesthesia in this way. When exiting the operation, they did not keep the dog in an oxygen box, they just gave it to the owner. The dog suffered from oxygen starvation, developed a tumor, stopped seeing and hearing. And it all happened to a 2-year-old pug because of an operation that shouldn't be there at all. Thank you for this attitude towards animals.

The reception of visitors is poorly organized. I called and asked how many the dentist accepts for animals, they said that today from 8:00 to 16:00. You can drink or come now, a live queue. OK, the time is 12:00, I take the kitty and go to them, it's a lot of stress for the cat. I come, they say that the dentist sees me today from 13:00. Wait 15 minutes and he will come and receive you. The time is 12:30. As a result, I waited 40 minutes but was not accepted. Tired of waiting, he left. Very bad attitude towards visitors, the assessment is a failure!

But we are losing our beloved family members. I will never forgive you for the death of my handsome man. And you are to blame for his death. On October 29, 2020, we decided to choose this clinic and regretted it very much.
A kitten got its belly hurt while shaving! At home, they noticed blood on the belly and razor wounds! Apparently, with such a flow, you don't have to worry about the quality of work. They did NOT provide an ultrasound report, either on the same day or the next! I sent a conclusion to requests - they were rude and behaved inappropriately in messages, proving that they are a super clinic and my review of them is a lie.
The impression was simply disgusting! I wish people would pay less attention to fake reviews and turn to more professional specialists! After all, our little pets are full-fledged family members and the attitude towards them is desirable on an equal basis.

I want to thank the ILBIRS veterinary clinic for saving my cat Patrick, who was ill for 8 months after surgery for a herniated spleen, which was performed by Natalia Wagner from the Animal Planet clinic! Irina Viktorovna and her team performed a complex operation for purulent sluggish-current peretonitis, abscess of postoperative sutures and intestinal resection, which saved the intestines from complete tissue necrosis, since Natalia Wagner, a doctor with 10 years of experience from the Animal Planet clinic, left pieces of cotton wool in the epithelium of the small intestine in the cat's abdominal cavity and the animal suffered for 8 months from the accumulation of pus on the mesentery, which led to peretonitis and intestinal necrosis. Moreover, the "highly qualified" Natalia Wagner sewed up a torn 3cm piece of my cat's spleen, saying that this was all that remained of the organ! Although ultrasound and surgery at the ILBIRS clinic showed the complete presence of this organ in the cat. Irina Viktorovna removed foreign objects from Patrick's stomach and a torn piece of the spleen, cleaning the peritoneum from purulent peritonitis, removing tissue necrosis and freeing the intestines from adhesions! My cat is on the mend, thank God for doctors like her who know their business and are fully responsible for their actions on the operating table! Health, happiness and all the best to you!
