We were passing through Grodno, we decided to try the most delicious shawarma. Googled it, looked at the rating and did not rate it. Pita bread is dry, there is very little meat from the filling compared to vegetables. For 3 large ones, almost 40 rubles., not the best investment and aftertaste. The guys are obviously trying very hard, the service is pleasant, clean, but they expected a delicious shawarma

I try kebab (shawarma) in all corners of the world.
It was in Grodno. I decided to test it.
The choice fell on Shawarma # 1 on Sovetskaya Street.
The reviews were bribed, but as I understand it, they were written by people who do not understand what a delicious shawarma is, and in this case at least just what a shawarma is.
It's a shame.
Very tasty shawarma (I took it in Turkish)
1. Lavash is plastic (unfortunately, many people have it)
2. The sauce is "no".
It just became a shame that in a good city, in a great place, a neat place with the most delicious shawarma(
I added one star only for the presence of beef on the spit.

The shawarma is delicious, there is air conditioning, comfortable sofas and armchairs. But there is one caveat: when serving shawarma, a bag is not placed from below, which usually prevents the sauce from leaking out. If you take a takeaway with you, they will give you a package, but it is quite large, it is not very convenient. It would seem a trifle, but it's a relief.

Terrible shawarma. There were small remnants of chicken feathers in the shawarma. I showed it to the waiter and the cook - they didn't answer anything, didn't change the dish, and didn't even apologize. They just said that they are not the ones preparing chicken for shawarma. In general, avoid this institution.

There are no questions about the taste and filling, but there was a big negative after all this flowed onto our clothes.
We watched how some shawarma was put in a cellophane bag, but we had it in one paper bag, which is a strange decision for shawarma. I informed the administrator about this, to which the answer was actually received: "blame yourself, you need to ask in advance."
The customer orientation is terrible, they didn't even offer help!!!!

It is very expensive for such a dish and for our city (there is something to compare it with in different countries of the world). A special wish to the owner of the establishment: teach the staff to smile at customers and be more friendly, otherwise the girl at the checkout made it so that we definitely will not return here. And make the interior more cozy, otherwise it's too empty and uncomfortable, like a hospital. All you can do is install warm local lamps and put live plants. And only in Grodno, meat does not turn appetiingly on a spit, but it is brought from some kind of utility room.
