The hotel is located near a shopping street and Fountain Square. High ceilings and ample lighting. That's where the advantages ended. Very poor cleaning, upon check-in I had to ask to clean the room again, the next day there was no cleaning at all. Breakfast is strange and not at all satisfying: 1 egg, sausage, a piece of bread, butter, jam are served. You have to pay for coffee separately. The shower room is oddly designed, so the water was constantly on the floor. There is a club opposite the hotel and music is playing very loudly there until 1 a.m. (the room looked directly at it). After 1 a.m., everything goes quiet.

Of the advantages, only the location. I arrived, paid, went into the room, the persistent smell of naphthalene, pills are scattered everywhere. There is nothing to breathe, tears from the eyes, the staff prove that this is an international standard, they made me laugh heartily. I asked for a refund, they said all my money had already gone, where, to whom?) I asked to be moved, they moved me to a shabby hotel across the street, but without naphthalene. The owner has several hotels in close proximity to each other. They sell to decent hotels, settle in the worst conditions, now the same hotel is presented as a Dionis Coffee Shop on booking. On the first day I was told that there were no places in my hotel and I was checked into another hotel for one night, which is very dirty and there is no hot water.
In Dionysus, there is a constant bad smell of burning, as if something is being burned in the kitchen. Because of this, it is impossible to stay in the room. It is impossible to breathe.
The hotel must make a temporary stay or migration. He won't do it. You will learn about this at the airport at passport control. You will have to pay a fine of $ 250. The hotel must make the migration so that there is no penalty!!! The cleaner never cleans! It is necessary to go down to the reception and ask to clean up, bring the toilet paper and change the bed linen.

Booked via booking.com , asked for booking confirmation. But when I checked in, it turned out that my room was not ready and I was offered a room in another hotel nearby. There was no hot water. They don't speak Russian.
