The hotel is clean, modern, but very small. The rooms are tiny. From the entrance, you immediately rest against the bed. It's a little cramped for two people with suitcases. The hotel rooms are located on 5 floors. The elevator is not working. It would not be recommended for the elderly and people with disabilities. Going up and down the narrow steep stairs with your luggage is still a challenge. The room rate includes breakfast, which is served on the ground floor of the hotel. Breakfast is very poor. Scrambled eggs, a couple of slices of tomatoes and cucumbers, bread, a couple of pieces of cheese and tea (or coffee). The air conditioning in the room was not working. The water pressure in the shower is difficult to call pressure. A barely flowing trickle. The location of the hotel is convenient if you want to live near a pedestrian street. But remember that it will be noisy outside the window both day and night. If you are a light sleeper, then this hotel is definitely not for you.

Nice modern hotel, rooms are clean, breakfast is excellent. The staff is very friendly. It's a bit noisy at night as there are bars nearby, but that wasn't a problem for me. I will definitely come back again

Some disadvantages: very small rooms, the air conditioning did not work in the room, I had to open the windows, where there was constant noise. One light bulb in the bathroom didn't work, so I had to shave in the semi-darkness. The elevator broke down in the evening and so it was not repaired during the day, and running down from the fifth floor for breakfast and back is not a very good occupation… 2 stars, just because there is good Wi-Fi and a more or less normal breakfast (although it is a little meager for two)

Keep in mind there's a karaoke place opposite and you'll be listening to it all night. The rooms are clean, the renovation is fresh, the staff is excellent.
