It is very inconvenient to pick up bulky or heavier cargo from the pick-up point. Parking at the shopping center is not convenient and small, there is no ramp at the store. It is necessary to carry the load along the shopping center, and then also up the stairs of the porch. It would have been better to think about the location of the only pick-up point in the city.

The work of the 21st century leaves much to be desired! 22.06 an SMS came about the readiness of the order (kitchen set, sink and skinned), arrived at the closing of the store, the employee reported that the components from the order (skinned) were broken in half when loading from the warehouse. We arrived on 23.06 to figure out what exactly the reason is and what is the way to solve the problem. The employee explained to us that the kitchen and sink remained at their pick-up point, and the skinal was sent back. Since the order was completed as 1 item instead of 3, the call center employee informs that the ENTIRE order has been sent back to the warehouse. It is not clear who to believe, only one thing is clear, we will not order more in this store!
