According to the principle of what I don't know, my hut is on the edge. An unpleasant story happened to me. In April, I issued a lease for a robot vacuum cleaner through an online store. He only worked for 1 month. And he died. And it is beyond repair. In May, there was the 1st payment..the amount is not large, but not all of it was returned. Because the employees of the online store did not warn the leasing company that the vacuum cleaner was under repair. As a result: the leasing company with 31p., 50 kopecks withdrew its interest in 2 months. And I can only get 9p... Nine. It turns out that I threw the rest in the trash. And yes, on June 13, I signed papers stating that the vacuum cleaner could not be repaired, I asked the administrator what the amount indicated for a refund was, to which he could not give an answer....He took a photo of the refund application, sent it to someone via a laptop, asking what the amount was, and said they would call me back. Nobody called me back. Until I went there myself.
This year, I ordered goods twice (a nebulizer and a pellet removal machine), received them at the point on Lenin Street. I got everything on time. There are no complaints about the product.
