I picked up the order there for the first time, since I was passing through Pinsk . The staff of two young people behaved impudently. When I asked about checking the electric cappuccino machine for operability, I was told that they didn't know how it worked at all, so they didn't even check if it turned on at all. The warranty card did not specify the serial number of the device and they replied to my request to fill it out that they usually do not fill it out, but they reluctantly filled it out. The package was not offered, although the cost of the device is almost 200 rubles. I didn't buy a broom from them... In general, an unpleasant aftertaste from the campaign for the 21st century remained. I don't remember this happening in Minsk.
