The question is more about the location — the pick-up point is located in the parking lot, there were no problems before, access was free, but now entry and exit are controlled by security guards. I have repeatedly seen them pounce on visitors to the pick-up point, then someone put a car in the wrong row in their opinion, or you don't leave for too long. Today I was faced with this situation myself — I arrived, picked up the goods, got into the car and my phone rang, but after 5-10 minutes the janitor ran up and started demanding to leave the territory immediately, I had to end the conversation, but the janitor was serious — he knocked on the windows of the car, threatened, pretended to call the traffic police and in every possible way I was pretending the importance of my job, even though there was only one of my cars in the parking lot near the store at that moment!!! So there is a possibility that a person suffering from "watchman's syndrome" may spoil your emotions from the purchase. It's just a regular pick—up point.
