The service is disgusting. Constant queues. There is only one administrator working on the product issue. On 12.10.2024, there was one on the issue, the waiting time was more than 30 minutes. 13.10.2024 I waited again for 20 minutes and did not receive the order, since there is no change in cash. Terrible attitude towards customers, never set foot here again. There are many alternative sellers.

I want to leave a review for the company 21vek.by . I have been their buyer for a long time, but now their non-customer orientation is simply off the scale and there is simply no desire to make purchases after such situations. I had the bitter experience of buying Chanel eau de toilette for women from them for 460 rubles. The fake is complete, the smell does not hold for 1 hour, I have used such an original for more than 10 years, I know its quality. So not only do they sell a fake, which costs 50 rubles on Weldberes, but they also do not even call them back when contacting them through the site. Bad product reviews are deleted. It's a complete scam. In addition, on October 5, I ordered a chipboard cabinet in the hallway from them, it was brought only on February 9. They could not deliver an ordinary wardrobe for 4 months. I will not contact this company anymore and I do not recommend it to anyone.
