Also, the courier did not give the receipt, referring to the fact that their payment terminal was dead (payment in the order was by card), we had to look for cash to pay. Also, to the question: where is the warranty card, the answer came that it will come to your personal account. After unpacking, the defect described above was revealed, my family immediately dialed 021 without calling me, where they were "promised" to return 150 rubles for this defect, although refrigerators with the same defect here I could buy 400 rubles cheaper, not 150. When I returned from work, I was shocked by such a DIVORCE and called 021 myself, where they did not give me a normal answer and told me to leave a request in the "Replacement and return of goods" section. The application was sent without a warranty card (and without a receipt). The next day, I wrote in a telegram to online support, which did not resolve the issue in any way and said to expect specialists to contact you upon request. As a result, it is now August 11 (18 hours) No one has contacted me. A REFRIGERATOR FOR FULL PRICE DAMAGED WITHOUT A WARRANTY CARD is what I received in this store in 2024. Drawing a conclusion from this situation, I want to say that you can buy cheaper elsewhere, since I took it here thinking that the service is reliable, but as it turned out NOT.

But at the moment (since July 21, 2024) I am in a state of constant stress. The refrigerator was bought for the cottage and at the time of the malfunction was turned on only 6 times. On July 21, it worked for the second day and when opened, they found a strong heating of the jumper wall between the freezer and refrigerator compartments, the door and the elastic band at the point of contact heated up. The temperature in the freezer was above room temperature and, accordingly, the products were not frozen.I contacted the contact center and made a request for service repairs. The service team arrived the second time.The first one was on July 25, my husband had to take time off from work and wait until 21-00. The second time he was taken to the service on July 27.We haven't seen the refrigerator since.The request to provide a replacement during the repair was repeatedly refused. Although according to the Law on Consumer Protection, this is provided for. Two weeks of silence and after repeated appeals to the contact center, the phone number of the service center in Minsk was indicated. On August 13, the service center dispatcher replied that the 21st century service had taken the refrigerator from the service. The call from the contact center about the delivery again on August 19. But the delivery never happened -the leg of the refrigerator was lost and it was sent back to the service in Minsk. The contact center service reported that the service did not detect a malfunction.As of today 09.09.2024, the contact service has offered an independent examination for 500 rubles...I sent a registered letter with a refund for low-quality goods and a penalty for repairs.. There is still no answer.. Only the facts are stated. There are still long trials and lawsuits ahead.. and medical rehabilitation of a consumer with a disability group.
