We had a terrible experience at Elif Plaza. We were told that we could pay by card through Booking, but when we arrived at the hotel, they said the card was not accepted and insisted on cash payment in USD or Uzbek som. The staff doesn’t speak English and can’t even handle basic math. Instead of focusing on customer satisfaction, they only care about getting extra money. I definitely do not recommend this place!
The hotel is comfortable, clean and cozy! Great breakfast! Attentive and competent administrator ) Thank you for all the amenities! I will stop and recommend you to my friends and acquaintances!
On the second day of check-in, I was transferred to another room without notice. I come to be surprised, but they even moved my things to another room without even warning me. To my surprise, they replied that it was necessary. At the reception, the guy even bullied me like it was their usual thing.
