We had a terrible experience at Elif Plaza. We were told that we could pay by card through Booking, but when we arrived at the hotel, they said the card was not accepted and insisted on cash payment in USD or Uzbek som. The staff doesn’t speak English and can’t even handle basic math. Instead of focusing on customer satisfaction, they only care about getting extra money. I definitely do not recommend this place!

On the second day of check-in, I was transferred to another room without notice. I come to be surprised, but they even moved my things to another room without even warning me. To my surprise, they replied that it was necessary. At the reception, the guy even bullied me like it was their usual thing.

A terrible hotel, they checked into a room where the carpet is all wet, they say that before me the guests accidentally left the faucet open, they did not change the room, but gave cheap slippers, for 350 thousand. for one night per person it is not worth it, I do not advise anyone
