The store is beautiful and spacious.
A very diverse and high-quality product. I just wish the prices were a little lower.
The staff is mostly good, but there are some not so good either.
Long queues at the cash desks are frustrating when two cash desks are open and the rest are not involved.
You can stand in the sausage and fish departments for 15-20 minutes and not get enough of anyone.
Well, in general, a normal store.

I would like to express my deep gratitude to the staff of the Prague Hotel and the cashiers. People work from the bottom of their hearts and with their hearts
They work quickly and are always polite with a smile. And it's so necessary to have self-control. At a time when the management is not pushing yet an additional employee. And the residential complex is increasing, but two more houses have recently been rented and more are planned. You always have to stand for a very long time because only two cash registers are long, sometimes three. But again, the girls are working at 200%. I hope the management will take care and recruit more employees. Thank you for your work!!

I have always considered the Green store to be very good and customer-oriented, at least not far from me, on Uborevich in Minsk! Until I got to the Green in Smolevichi.... I was driving by with my daughter, on my way to the cottage, I met a friend in the cooking department at the store, he was buying salad and chicken fillet, my child and I were still deciding what to take for a snack. My daughter looked at what my friend took and also wanted to, to which I heard from the saleswoman:
- couldn't you just say that 2 fillets are needed? I still have to lay out the goods.
And here I am with my purchases and another customer? And if the next person wants the same thing, will he also be reprimanded for not asking for 3 at once?))) She was rude, I decided not to even ask for warmth, nerves are more expensive!!!And why does the department employ a person who finds it difficult to move because of excessive body weight? (I do not condemn this, all people are different, I am not small myself) But it's very difficult for her, and she physically cannot work in a department with high traffic during rush hour. Probably, I will buy a little in advance, so as not to visit this store!!! Although, there used to be a very frequent guest(((
