Nothing changes at all, many employees are rude. I was faced with the fact that they gave incorrect information, created problems. And today we came to make a foreign passport for a child, there was no paper in the machine for issuing numbers (please note, already in the morning!!). We reached the office, there were 2 people in front of us. We waited for our turn and went in. The employee looked at him from head to toe with a dissatisfied look, began to rudely ask whose turn it was. He was not satisfied with my answer that it was ours. He asked twice more in a raised tone. It's a disgrace!
A terrible attitude towards teenagers who came to receive an Id card , employees do not communicate competently and do not give full information, thereby forcing them to come every day , and every new day they discover a new problem that parents have to deal with , some communicate as with their Kents , inserting inappropriate questions into the conversation, some in the queue in general, they come in despite the queue (as to their own hut)
