A large park with an artificial pond, where the flagpole is located, the second largest in the world. The park itself looks like an arboretum. Lots of trees, flowering shrubs and flowers. Lots of fountains. There are large cafes on the territory where you can drink tea/coffee, eat ice cream. It is very beautiful in the evening with lighting.

In Dushanbe, the signs of statehood are located in the center around the presidential palace. So the big flag (one of the largest in the world) is located in the park near the palace through an artificial pond.

The park is nice, lots of greenery, landscaped. There are few people, perhaps because the park is not located in a very convenient location. The flag itself is also beautiful and can be seen from many places.

The biggest disappointment is that the flag is raised only on Saturday and Sunday, the rest of the days are bare flagpole (for May 2023). The park itself is pleasant, there is a lot of greenery, there is a cafe, a lake with catamarans.
