We could not book this hotel at the Booking -there was some problem with the European card. We found a phone and contacted via Whatsapp. I would like to express my deep gratitude to everyone who worked on this day on January 12, 2023. The issue of booking has been resolved. Moreover, the receptionist waited for the guest (he arrived very late by bus), and even took him in her own car to buy something for dinner, since all the establishments nearby were closed, and he was very tired from the road. Impeccable politeness, attentiveness and responsiveness. In the morning, wait to call a taxi to the airport. To the room itself (and the hotel as a whole )There are no complaints either. Clean, quiet, cozy. If you could put 10 stars, you would. Once again, we express our gratitude, and now we know exactly where we will stay next time in Tallinn. I recommend it to everyone. Excellent location, close to the port, malls, and the old town. Delicious breakfasts and courteous staff. The rooms are clean and the furniture is good. The kitchenette in the room is a huge advantage
