When they came to the store, they still did not have a complaint book. Do not contact this store if you do not want to spoil your nerves.P.S it's good that at least the money was returned

Yesterday I was walking past the store with a guy, in honor of my birthday he ran in to buy me another rose, today I woke up and almost cried, the condition of the rose was deplorable, although I love flowers and know perfectly well what conditions it is necessary to keep a rose so that it stands and pleases the eye. I am attaching a photo of the last rose bought in this store. I am very disappointed with the quality of the flowers, and the impression of this store is spoiled. Owner, think about the quality of your products! Roses bought in other stores cost 10-14 days (for those who are interested, I will give a tip to the shops along Angarsk Street).
