The worst delivery! A complete deception of customers!
I ordered at 18:18, the website stated that the delivery would take up to an hour. It took more than an hour, at 19:30 I decided to clarify where my order was, because they didn't even appoint a courier! The support team reassured me: “the courier will pick up the order in 10 minutes.” What do you think happened next? nothing!
At 20:10, my order was just canceled! No explanations, no apologies, no alternatives! So I wasted TWO HOURS waiting when I could have ordered somewhere else?
The service is completely unreliable, promises are empty words, support is just excuses. If you don't want to go hungry and waste your time, don't even think about using Uzum Teskor!
It's a pity you can't put 0 stars!
