I bought a tineco one s3 vacuum cleaner, it stopped working (the engine is running, but it shows a full tank). I was in warranty repair for almost a month and a half, eventually they called and said that the engine had rotted, not their fault. I do not advise anyone, these are scammers.

An inadequate office (I can't even call it an online store). I made an order for 500 rubles, they wrote me a letter that I needed to carry an advance payment of 100 rubles to the other side of the city, since this is an unbearable amount for delivery. This is the first time I've seen such a circus. And the seller's response in personal messages: "It's not about the amount, you ordered 8 units of goods to put it all together - these are 6 different suppliers. My couriers need to cover half of Minsk, then urine will hit you in the head (which is often the case with Belarusian clients) and then I will have to deliver it all back for thanks, at a loss. Please, I don't need such an order."

They require 100 rubles prepayment to the card by transfer. I say let's stop by, make a contract, I'll make an advance payment. Answer: you don't need to come to us... Draw your own conclusions...
