This is the first time I have come across such rudeness and lack of education of the administrator, which turns into personalities. In this studio, the nails were cut off at the root and on two fingers below the root, from which I walked in a patch for 2 days, I could not put on shoes. I explained the length to the master, but since the master spoke Russian poorly, apparently she did not understand me, and did as I described above. No one apologized, and they also said that their studio was not required to speak and understand Russian. So why are you doing everyone a favor? I went to the studio 2 days later, showed that I couldn't walk without a Band-Aid, because my nail hurt, asked for a refund, they said they would return it, but no. 15,000 drams worth "work" and spent nerves.
The administrator and the master are unfriendly.
The master persuaded me to do an edged manicure, explaining that I just don't understand anything and have been to bad masters, although I have quite a lot of manicure experience. As a result, as if she did it badly on purpose, there were wounds on 5 fingers from the hardware (!!!) manicure. She ruined the one I had, she didn't make it better.
This manicure is less than one week old. The work was completed in 30 minutes.
The work was done by Master Satik. Which, by the way, was not polite. I don't understand at all how a salon of this level can hire such employees. Apparently an acquaintance or I don't know what. Apparently the master saw that there had been no manicure for a long time and decided that it was possible to be impolite and make a blunder.
When I wrote this review to the salon, they said that the cuticles were complicated, there had been no manicure for a long time and therefore it turned out that way.
But as I understand it, if these are really the case, the work should take much longer. And the master must report this.
In addition to the cuticles, the coating itself is made with a thick layer and is not neat and high-quality.
The most unpleasant thing is that I signed up my mom. And I got such a quality of work.
On the same day, I went for a pedicure. Which I was also not happy with. I had a bruise on my finger (little finger) and I warned Master Ruzanna about it before starting the procedure. And she kept forgetting about it, tugging on my little finger. Then she offered me coffee herself, and eventually forgot about it. Next, I signed up for a pedicure with a coating, she also offered to treat my feet. Which, as a result, I did not process normally.
I sincerely DO NOT RECOMMEND the salon.
Of the pleasant ones, only online recording and polite administrators.
Of the masters I was with, I was satisfied with the work of Nvard and Elina.
But employees of such different levels cannot work in the same salon.
And after my mom's nails were ruined in general, I do not know what should happen for me to return to this salon.
I'm still thinking about whether to do anti-advertising on social media. networks. Since I have already recommended this salon to people. And I don't want them to come and get such a terrible quality.
I've been to the salon twice. Ilona's master has manicures and pedicures. Everything is nice and neat, but! After a couple of weeks, it became painful to walk - the nails on the thumbs on the sides began to cut into the skin with sharp edges. This means that the sides of the nail were poorly treated. Everything was fine with the fingernails, but again, but. Since the nails are thin, they were reinforced with acrylic powder and the master did not remove my entire protective layer to zero. Due to this, the manicure lasted its month perfectly. But the second time, Master Nvard removed the entire layer to zero and did not strengthen the nails in any way, despite the fact that I warned her - the nails are thin and break very easily. As a result, chipped nail polish after 4 days and a broken nail after 6. Perhaps you need to ask for reinforcement specifically, or maybe they don't do it at all.
The administrators did well, they called and found a convenient time. Unfortunately, the manicure with gel polish coating was done poorly: 1) on all nails after the coating, there were inclusions of the previous red gel, and I did a transparent coating 2) I was constantly pulled by my hands, although my hands were close to the master 3) the shape of the nails was made after the finishing top and oil was applied to all this dust, smearing on my hands 4) the next day one nail was chipped 5) in some places , the gel is stuck to the cuticle
I have contacted Sveta's master several times and am very pleased with her work, she does the job perfectly, the quality of my nails has improved significantly.♥️♥️
I signed up for a top master , and later I had to postpone the recording to an earlier one . I asked the administrator if I was put in front of an experienced master ? The answer was YES . As a result:

The master IMMEDIATELY removed the length for me, without specifying what I want (and I wanted to keep it, because I grew it before an important event). From surprise, I even burst into tears, because there was nothing to do (the administrator suggested evening time for the build-up, and in the evening there was already the event itself) . The other master could not offer me, because everyone was busy. I think okay, without length, so without length (they were also all different)
BUT! The manicure itself is a horror, they sawed through my entire nail plate, it's been 1.5 months, and I'm still treating my nails. It's good that I decided to cover it with transparent, I'm sure everything would be in cramps and divorces.
And, by the way, for the length removed without my desire, damaged nails, an inexperienced master and terrible quality of services, I was charged 5k instead of 10k . That's loyalty, thank you)))

The cuticles on my feet were shredded so that I have not been able to wear closed shoes for 4 days..the service is disgusting, zero work with feedback. Don't get fooled by the beautiful interior.

The salon administrator always provides the highest service! I highly recommend it
I got a great pedicure, but I sat and waited for the master for 20 minutes. There are no complaints about the master- everything happens, the master may be delayed, but the problem is that the administrator absolutely did not care that the client was sitting and waiting for 20 minutes.
The receptionist was chatting on the phone and didn't even offer water, not even coffee, which they constantly post on their Instagram)) When I turned to her and asked if the master really remembered about me, she said "yes, wait", and continued to ignore me further. The service is at zero

The quality of services is good. But administrators work somehow.
Getting through the first time is unrealistic.
When you come, they don't offer tea/coffee. For some reason, the masters do it and bring it themselves. Distracting from the procedure. And then, if the master remembers to offer. This is the first time I've seen this.
I had an uncoated manicure and pedicure on October 7th. Everything was done very quickly, it took about 20 minutes for a pedicure, and about the same for a manicure. Before working off the fingers, the cuticle was not moved away with a stick, it was immediately moved away with a milling cutter, and there was only one milling cutter!!! The undercuts are not cleaned. I tried to tell the master about it. On the third day, the manicure looks terrible, as if it never happened. It is quite expensive for such a result, I paid about 14,000 drams.
In the end, they pour oil, it looks good, hides all the flaws, take a photo and send it to the management (my assumptions).
Also, during the pedicure, the milling cutter fell to the floor, it was put on without processing and work began.
I don't advise it, I won't go any more.
