I really like sweet pastries and sea buckthorn tea in Thierry.
But please explain to the staff that it is forbidden to heat dishes with salted fish. It is instantly prepared, changes its structure and becomes inedible.
They usually ask at the checkout if they need to reheat, but here, according to the barista, I should have said right away that I needed a cold pancake, because they reheat everything by default.
In the end, I don't know if the pancake itself was tasteless, or if guilt spoiled it.

Attentive and courteous staff! Fast, tasty, and varied. There are always a lot of visitors, which speaks for itself. The service is excellent! I recommend it!

We took a flat on almonds. The coffee tasted disgusting. I came up and asked to redo it, explaining that the coffee was not bitter, but burnt. I was told that these are the grains, but we took this drink several times at other points in Thierry, it tastes different. I am not an expert in this field, and of course I understand that flat is a strong drink, but not burnt. Either the pill was passed over, or it was ground. The girl said she couldn't remake the drink for us, quote: "I can't remake it, I'll pay for it." There are no questions for the girl, she answered politely. But the question for the organization itself is "is it really such a big problem to remake coffee when it is objectively bad?" A lot of establishments do this without problems. Naturally, this trip was the last, considering how many establishments there are around.
