Very cozy area, good transport accessibility, playgrounds in the courtyards, clean. There are two large-scale construction sites nearby, which is why it is still noisy. Ashgabat Park is a 10-minute walk away
I gave the town 4 stars, considering the long-term green zone. In general, the town is usually littered, especially during the school year along the road leading to school.
There is only one small grocery store in the whole town with a very poor assortment and prices higher than the average in the city.
There is no post office or bank branch on the territory.
The existing officers' club is in a completely neglected state, which has long required repair both outside and inside the building. From the back and end sides, the building looks like an old abandoned building.
The only attraction of the town is a monument in the form of an airplane, which has remained since Soviet times.
The hotel marked on the Yandex map is essentially just a dormitory for the military.
At night, a pack of stray dogs runs around the town barking loudly.
Gorgeous quiet area guarded entrances are clean there are real flowers in the entrances it's nice to see the street is clean but there is also a big bonus there is a lot of security I would advise living in such houses because the apartments are large, the rooms are huge and most importantly - there are no problems with hot cold water light or gas everything works clearly
