Agrobank's services do not meet the demand at all, and in my subjective opinion, this is the most backward bank in Uzbekistan!
1. If you, that is, Agrobank, do not want to issue UzCard/Unionpay cards and service these cards, then why are you selling these cards if the bank's customers do not have the opportunity to deposit money on this card after opening? It's better to warn customers not to take this card, which is under an unspoken ban (I mean UzCard/Unionpay cards) because it's impossible to use it anyway!
2. You wrote on the website that the deadline for opening a plastic card is 3 days, but in practice this card is not ready in 10 days. Customers who do not live in the regional center must visit the bank at least three times to open a card.
3. Is it really so difficult to link your phone number to a card (SMS banking service)? Why would a customer take a card from the bank itself and then go to some Smart office located at another address to enable SMS banking?
4. If customers coming from 12 km away to deposit money on a card cannot deposit money through ATMs or bank cash desks, then the existence of this bank is absurd!
Analyzing the above situations, I decided not to use the services of an Agrobank anymore in my life, broke the card and threw it away, I consider Agrobank to be the most inconvenient bank in the world!!!
In my opinion, there is an unspoken ban on UZCARD in Agrobank. And Agrobank creates artificial problems and inconveniences every time so that customers do not use UzCard cards.Personally, I visited Agrobank 3 times, spent almost 3 months and could not use the card.
