I am the most loyal customer who understands that fakups happen to everyone, but why does the salon not have such a value as customer orientation. If your lights are turned off, but you warn the client about it in the form of a call or SMS. Who cares if you don't have enough charging on your phone and so on? If light outages are common in the city, have additional chargers in the form of powerbanks. We don't live in the Stone Age. If the employee is not coping, hire an assistant. I'm sure there will definitely be girls who want to earn extra money. The salon is clearly in demand, so make it a pleasant visit or, in case of force majeure, make sure that the client does not have a negative experience.
On the plus side, I can say that the employee is polite and apologized.

Disgusting salon. The administrator forgot to make a record, and reported it on arrival without compensating for it. This is how many incompetent employees are kept!!!!
My wife signed up for 13.30. I left work at lunch (I took a taxi for 20 minutes) to visit this place. But another girl was signed up in her place. The administrator commented on this with the words "Well, what can I do". As a result, I agreed to get in line after the other girl. But the client was late, and my wife was told to shorten the session to 10 minutes.
There were no apologies, no alternatives, no ordinary human sympathy. This indicates low service and unskilled actions of the staff of the institution. If you do not want to potentially get into such a situation, I recommend choosing other places.
