Yes, I live there, sometimes I really don't like that the lights and water are turned off there without warning. It's like there aren't people living there. All people have to prepare for something, and then they turn off the lights until evening. Imagine my situation. We are 15... 20 years behind the city, although the city is a 5-minute drive away.
