The laptop was returned to me the next evening, I turned it on on the spot to check, after disassembling it, it dimmed a little, but everything worked. And then I brought it home, connected the charger, turned on the movie on the external monitor (which for some reason connected only on the 5th attempt, hmmm) and started working, and... it's a fiasco. The video is lagging, the pages in the browser take forever to load, the sounds of cracking and distortion, the task manager, the settings were opened for 3 minutes, the response to the function keys also took a few minutes. In a panic, I closed the lid and thought maybe it shouldn't fly immediately after cleaning. But it didn't get any better the next day, or a week later, or three.
Honestly, I was going to take it to another master, because the threshold of distrust skyrocketed, but I read your offer agreement on the website and hoped that the shoal cleaning performance would be fixed under warranty.
I brought the laptop again, and received it back the next day WITHOUT COMPLETING ANY WORK with the answer "you had a system update installed on December 28-29, maybe the problem is with it."

By the way, the laptop is a year and 2 months old, the condition was close to perfect, it had never dropped, beaten, or opened before this stupid incident, so thank you for cleaning my work tool.

We contacted this organization twice and were disappointed twice. For the first time, they applied to replace the battery in the tablet, the master assured them that it would be enough to do something with the existing battery, however, a month later the charge did not last, as a result of which they still had to change the battery and pay the full cost again. We applied for a second time to replace the phone screen. After 2 months, water got under the screen, due to a leaky glued screen. That is, if the screen had been properly glued, the water would not have got in, however, warranty repairs were refused due to moisture ingress. I would like to emphasize once again that the water got into the exact place where there is a gap between the screen and the phone case. The situation has not been resolved, and the comment below (from the company) has not yielded any results.
