The only mess that people themselves create is their limitless stupidity. Come, type in the remote control for which service you came and take the number, and do not create a live queue and an incomprehensible booth. At the checkout, the girl behind the left window (I highlight this because there is another woman sitting next to her) is generally strange, no greeting, no change, no contact.
