Amazing place with great service.
I’ve visited it twice and it was amazing.
Delicious food with magnificent views. Best place to finish day in Mtskheta.

A very pleasant restaurant! We stayed in Mtskheta and our guest immediately recommended this restaurant. The beautiful interior and the New Year's atmosphere are just wow! The prices are above average, but we took a dozen hinkal and salad, so it's acceptable:) I'm already turning a blind eye to the service, no one here will smile or tell me anything if you don't ask yourself, because Russia has the highest service and I haven't seen it anywhere yet.

Walking along the streets of Mtskheta, we spontaneously decided to go down to the water, seeing an institution with a wonderful panoramic view, we decided to have a snack. To our surprise, the menu is extremely interesting and complete, and the food turned out to be simply magical!

Well, so-so!!! The food seems to be normal, but everything was served as if for evil: three people were sitting, but they brought it partially. Apparently they decided to feed dosed and in turn))) you need to look into each other's mouths, in general, we are not used to this. The staff is a separate topic: there are good and friendly people, and there is an important waiter (tall, young) from him there is a negative and contemptuous air, he understood everything and clearly knows how to speak Russian, but he deliberately pretended that he did not understand. We didn't wait for the live music to start and left because of the relationship, although we could enjoy the local flavor and leave a decent amount

We went to many restaurants in Tbilisi from the guidebooks, but this restaurant clearly beat them up: the price tag is lower, the portions are larger, the food is tastier (although the barbecue is a bit harsh, it's worth admitting)

I do not recommend going to the Melnitsa restaurant if you do not know English or Georgian! And in general, the attitude of the administrator and waiters towards Russians is bestial. You can see that they understand, but they pretend that they only babble in English! As a result, they were put at the table. The waiter came to take the order after 20 minutes, and when we ordered khinkali, he suddenly remembered after a while that there was no khinkali! And this is in such a pretentious Georgian cuisine restaurant!
And before entering, we had a very nice conversation with the guard of this institution in Russian about history, about grapes, about chacha, about Georgian bread.....
I had to leave this place without eating too much!

The place is open until late, the restaurant is large with a view of the river, almost always a lot of people, because of this, the waiter does not walk quickly (they waited 20 minutes)

Cons: vegetable salad with nuts is edible, but a lot of vinegar, lavash, unfortunately, is not fresh at all, they asked to change, said they baked in the morning, there is no other, pork kebab is impossible to eat at all, the smell is terrible, fresh, satsebeli is tomato paste diluted with water
We went specifically on the recommendation, we are disappointed that we spent time on this institution

I've been waiting for more than an hour for khinkali to be brought to me. Everything seems to be fine in the institution, I really liked the first thirty minutes. But hunger won) and the pleasant expectation turned into irritation, I don't know if I can wait anymore.
It took five minutes after I wrote the first part and brought it) it was very tasty! I raise my rating)) but you'll probably have to wait anyway.

The work of the waiters is terribly organized, I have been waiting for 20 minutes for someone to approach me. Although I was already waiting for 2 waiters. The only thing that makes me expect is a great location. Otherwise a very overrated place. The food is good and delicious, but the service is terrible!

Tsiskvili restaurant, a chain restaurant, as we understood, there is still one in Tbilisi. The interior is beautiful. Cozy, authentic, a veranda above the water with a view of the mountains. The service is excellent, the food was brought very quickly.

Don't waste your time, it doesn't taste good here. The waiters can't hear. They spoil the products with vinegar. We are in Georgia. Why spoil the products? It's time for the grid management to think about it and start working on quality and service. Because of places like this, you get the impression that you are not welcome here and why did you come at all.

We went to this cafe on purpose to sit by the river. We really liked it, the food was delicious, the service too. It took a long time to cook, but it was probably due to the number of people in the institution. But the view from the cafe covers this minor disadvantage)

We sat down in this institution with a company of 4 people. Temper the food, wine and water. After 30 minutes, they began to remind the waiter about the order and to bring at least wine and water. 2 times we heard "yes, I will bring it in 1 minute", the 3rd time the waiter ignored our request, just looked in our direction and went on. The administrator refused to resolve the situation and facilitate the receipt of the order. The waiter still came up (about 45 minutes after ordering) and began to vaguely tell us that there was no wine that we ordered and he brought us more expensive (2 times). The waiter just grabbed the bottles in mid-sentence and left. We also decided not to stay in place any longer and also left this institution.
Bottom line - if you want to eat, drink or just have a good time, WE DO NOT RECOMMEND it!
